After providing cleaning services for more than three years as an independent contractor, I decided to expand my services by starting my own cleaning business. The Neat Freak was put into operation April 1, 2003.
In the past when asked if I worked the answer would always be no! I never considered cleaning as a job. I clean up after a family of six all day every day so operating the Neat Freak has been a natural extension of my life.
We are a small local (Medina County, Ohio) company that builds it's reputation on customer service rather than the number of customers we can serve. Building a customer connection is our first responsibility!
Our mission is to walk into every account committed to give them our all and then leave with the confidence that we have done our best.
